Account Manager Traforama (remote)
Traforama.com is an open marketplace for advertisers. It is a part of AdSpyglass Group. This is a platform where advertisers and publishers can directly cooperate without any fees, and access all the needed tools for publishing and advertising.
We've been working since 2014, we set interesting and ambitious tasks and solve them from different parts of the world using the most advanced technologies for organizing remote work: Slack, GitLab, Clickup, etc. In our team, 20 people from 20 to 40 years old, we travel, enjoy life, and constantly develop our professional skills.
Traforama is an international project. Our clients are advertisers from all over the world, so knowledge of the English language is mandatory.

About the Position
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our remote team at Traforama. This role involves managing client relationships, analyzing statistics, and ensuring smooth communication with our global clients.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers, communications through live chat, telegram, skype, and email;
- Analysis of statistics;
- Maintaining ongoing client relationships, identifying possible areas for expansion;
- Moderation of advertising creatives;
- Solving customer problems.
Requirements
- Account management and client relationships;
- Working with web analytics;
- Confident and proactive use of AI tools in daily work (ChatGPT and similar tools are a baseline; experience with AI agents or automated workflows is a strong advantage);
- AdTech knowledge will be a plus;
- SQL knowledge will be a plus;
- Remote work experience.
Nice to Have
- English speaker (C2 or native);
- Russian speaker (C2 or native);
- Analytical person;
- Excel advanced user;
- Highly motivated and energetic;
- Extremely proactive, self-organized, and responsible person with great attention to detail;
- A genuine problem solver, able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately, identifying the real issue.
