About the Position

Account Manager Trainee (End of Study Internship)

Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the world, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals. To support this growth, we are hiring International Business Crew members to join a dynamic team in our Barcelona office and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture.

Responsibilities

As a Junior International Business Associate, you will:

Understand your clients' needs and advise them on their boat search, finding the best deals by negotiating the best prices with Click&Boat boat owners (warm leads only, no cold calling in Sales).
Maximize conversion by applying sales strategies and accompanying customers throughout the sales process, until the booking is concluded.
Onboard new partners who register on Click&Boat, assisting them through the creation of their boat listings (ad, pictures, etc.) and showing them how the platform works.
Help partners maximize the potential of their accounts (updating ads, keeping calendars up to date, answering their questions) and increase their engagement with the platform.
Take part in business development missions such as market research, prospecting leads and participating actively in the weekly/monthly business unit presentations.

Requirements

Fluent in English.
Ideally have a first experience (internship, student or summer job) in a customer-facing role.
Dynamic and at ease on the phone, you enjoy advising, and you have a commercial mindset with customer satisfaction as your main source of motivation.
A team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiative, proactive, and interested in start-up environments.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of another language from one of our markets (French, Italian, Spanish, German, Greek, Croatian).
Boating background and interest.

Contract Details

Type: Fijo-Discontinuo
Start date: Between January and May 2027, depending on the position (January 7th, January 11th, March 1st, mid-April or May).
Duration: 6 to 9 months (6 months, extendable, for the US Market Development position).
Salary: 1,823 euros gross per month.
