At the core of the role, we are actively seeking an Account Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in coordinating the operational activities around our client projects. Your primary responsibility will involve handling client requests and supporting the administrative, contractual, and team-related activities required throughout the project lifecycle. In your role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Account Delivery Managers, and clients, helping coordinate project activities and maintain effective communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact between the company and clients, processing client requests and coordinating related activities.
• Organize and support account management activities, including client meetings and gathering client feedback.
• Prepare internal CVs highlighting employees’ technical expertise and professional experience, and support delivery team members in presenting their experience, soft skills, and project fit to clients.
• Support the onboarding of new specialists to client projects.
• Manage team timesheets, handle related administration, and communicate them with clients.
• Support budgeting and billing activities related to client projects.
• Handle contractual documents in collaboration with Sales and Legal teams when needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, PMO, or a similar operational role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to organize your own work and consistently meet agreed deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel, as well as Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Experience or knowledge in IT Services and Software Development Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar tools.
