Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM

Pay Rates

• $22.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Account Specialist

• How many years of experience do you have in account management within a logistics setting? Please explain.
• Are you proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel?
• Do you have experience tracking order fulfillment? If so, please explain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions to business challenges.
• Assist in order processing by leveraging various software platforms and methods.
• Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse or administrative teams to ensure effective communication.
• Manage inbound and outbound demand while coordinating with fleet and brokerage services.
• Ensure adherence to client contracts and perform basic billing and auditing tasks.
• Maintain and update documented standard operating procedures specific to your assigned clients.
