Quality Technician

About the Position

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Technician to work with Aromair in New Albany. This role involves performing all operations related to the inspection of finished products in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 3:00pm

Pay Rates

• $17.00 USD hourly

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Evaluate product defects, deviations, or discrepancies and initiate recommended solutions
• Maintain a clean, contaminant-free, and orderly work area at all times
• Adhere to company quality systems and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and other sensitive data

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED with proficiency in Math
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment

Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA Safety Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and hearing protection
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to rotating assignments with a positive attitude
