Accountant (Lviv)

About the Position

Lviv IT Cluster is the largest business association of tech companies in Ukraine, uniting over 300 leading tech companies and 100,000 tech professionals. Our project activities focus on socially important areas of the IT industry, including education, law, infrastructure, promotion, and research.

We are looking for an Accountant for internal operations due to an expansion of our staff caused by an increase in the team’s workload. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining source documentation, posting bank statements in BAF/1C for sole proprietorships and LLCs under the single tax regime (Group 3), as well as providing timely and high-quality support for accounting processes. It is important to us that the candidate is willing to work full-time from the office.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of primary accounting documentation (receipts, expenses, acts of completed works);
• Posting bank statements in BAF for sole proprietors and LLCs under the simplified taxation system (Group 3);
• Reconciliation of accounts with counterparties and control over the availability of required supporting documents from counterparties;
• Support of sole proprietors (Group 3), including foreign economic activity (FEA);
• Maintenance of the electronic income ledger for sole proprietors (Group 3);
• Preparation of acts of completed works for sole proprietors, calculation and monitoring of taxes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as an Accountant / Assistant Accountant;
• Completed higher education;
• Proficiency in BAF, 1C 8.3 Accounting, Vchasno, M.E.Doc, Electronic Cabinet, MS Office;
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Ukrainian tax legislation;
• High level of responsibility, ability to learn quickly, and readiness to work with large volumes of information;
• Ability to meet deadlines with a strong focus on quality and team results.

• Work hours are 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday;
• Work is office-based, address: Lviv – 3 Ulas Samchuk St.;
• We provide a computer, office equipment, and the necessary software for work.
