Job Description

Our client is a payment service provider offering various solutions, including open banking payments, alternative payment methods, card payments, card issuance, mobile commerce payments, and e-wallets. They serve companies in high-growth and high-risk sectors such as e-commerce, iGaming, and fintech, facilitating secure and efficient digital asset transfers. The company provides simplified APIs, SDKs, and no-code integration options for implementing full-scale payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll operations for 50+ contractors in multiple currencies, including FX conversions and crypto payroll processing.
Process invoice validation, vendor management, and maintain accurate accounting records.
Conduct reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and support financial reporting.
Support budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Ensure accounting compliance, support VAT/tax processes, and coordinate with auditors.
Drive accounting process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

Strong accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP and corporate tax principles.
Experience with accounting platforms and advanced Excel skills.
Experience in multi-currency accounting and HRIS systems.
Experience working with auditors and financial risk management.
Strong experience in expense validation and financial data accuracy.
Languages: English, Russian.
Experience in the fintech industry.
