About the Position

Accounting Business Manager

Location: Sibiu, Romania

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Accounting Business Manager to join SmartBill Conta. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships, explaining complex matters simply, and has a solid background in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ambassador for SmartBill Conta in the accounting community, both online and offline.
• Build trustful relationships with accountants, understand their needs, and present the benefits of the SmartBill ecosystem in a friendly and relevant manner.
• Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and events dedicated to accountants, presenting SmartBill Conta and answering their questions.
• Help accountants familiarize themselves with our platform and integrate it into their workflow.
• Serve as the voice of accountants within our team, providing feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
• Build and lead an active community of accounting professionals where they can create trustful relationships, share ideas and best practices, discuss profession-specific problems, strategies, etc.
• Over time, build a team to help achieve the above objectives and scale your activities.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, passionate about accounting and technology.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Technical skills in using software, openness, and curiosity towards technology and the new.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to help people.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within and outside the country for various discussions or events.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the accounting field.
• Experience in sales or customer relations.
• Driving license category B.
