Accounts Receivable Specialist (Thai Speaker)

About the Position

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Thai Speaker) for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines

Salary: 45,000 – 50,000 PHP

Responsibilities

• Create daily sales invoices, recharges, debit, and credit notes using manual tools or automated systems, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
• Monitor and record daily shipments to support the invoicing process.
• Print and send reviewed invoices to customers, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
• Extract customer Statements of Account to provide up-to-date financial information for reconciliation and inquiries.
• Allocate customer payments to appropriate accounts and match them to specific invoices daily to maintain financial accuracy.
• Maintain customer accounts and the sales ledger by updating records and resolving inconsistencies.
• Update the status of customer accounts to reflect recent transactions and payment behavior.
• Prepare reports and analysis related to sales activity and accounts receivable performance, supporting decision-making and forecasting.
• Prepare various month-end accruals and reports in line with the closing schedule and accounting standards.
• Review intercompany netting applications to ensure proper reconciliation between group entities.
• Provide accurate and timely information required for Balanced Scorecard reporting and other performance indicators.
• Update man-hour records based on actual time spent per process, helping to track workload and productivity.
• Conduct regular self-evaluations based on defined performance targets to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general account management.
• Ability to work onsite at the office in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
• Strong command of the Thai language, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience with AR, AP, and GL modules using ERP systems such as Oracle or MFG Pro.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google applications.
• Excellent work habits and time management.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment where consistency and attention to detail are crucial for success.
