About the Position

We are looking for an Active Directory Administrator for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Salary: 80,000 – 90,000 PHP

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Domain Services, and hybrid identity integrations.
• Manage Azure AD Connect, ensuring synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Implement and maintain Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Single Sign-On configurations.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues, directory synchronization failures, and identity lifecycle challenges.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Semperis Directory Services Protector and Active Directory Forest Recovery.
• Monitor Active Directory security events, detect anomalies, and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct real-time monitoring and incident response to unauthorized Active Directory changes.
• Manage AD group policies, DNS, DHCP, and Role-Based Access Control permissions.
• Conduct Active Directory health checks, monitor domain controller replication, and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot domain trust issues, Kerberos and NTLM authentication failures, and group policy misconfigurations.
• Support Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, Public Key Infrastructure, and certificate services.
• Collaborate with security teams to assess risks, implement security controls, and mitigate threats.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for identity lifecycle automation, reporting, and security auditing.
• Optimize Active Directory performance, replication, and backup strategies.
• Assist in cloud migrations, identity modernization, and Zero Trust implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Active Directory administration and security.
• 3+ years of experience managing Azure AD and hybrid identity solutions.
• Work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH).
• Strong expertise in Semperis Directory Services Protector and Active Directory Forest Recovery.
• Experience managing domain controllers, ADFS, or Azure Entra ID.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, identity lifecycle management, reporting, and security auditing.
• Experience with Azure AD Connect, AD Federation Services, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Familiarity with Azure AD Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Multi-Factor Authentication policies.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory security principles, including Kerberos authentication and NTLM vulnerabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management and identity governance solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in domain controller replication, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Object management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, risk assessments, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
