About the Position
Addetto/a back office per servizi e consulenza
Studio di consulenza fiscale e del lavoro in provincia di Alessandria ricerca un/una impiegato/a back office per gestire le attività operative e di supporto al team.
La figura si occuperà principalmente della gestione documentale, dell'inserimento dati e del coordinamento con i clienti per garantire processi fluidi e precisi.
Responsibilities
- Inserimento e aggiornamento dati su gestionale TeamSystem
- Redazione e archiviazione di pratiche amministrative legate ai servizi
- Supporto nella preparazione di report periodici per i consulenti
- Gestione comunicazioni via email e telefono con clienti e fornitori
- Organizzazione agenda e appuntamenti interni
Requirements
- Diploma di scuola superiore
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e gestionali
- Precisione e capacità organizzative
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e orientamento al risultato
- Disponibilità immediata

- Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1500-1700 €
