About the Position
Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Operatore/trice assistenza clienti per software B2B da inserire nel nostro organico per supporto agli utenti delle nostre piattaforme software B2B. Siamo una software house focalizzata su soluzioni gestionali per piccole e medie imprese, con base nel nord Italia e clientela attiva su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Responsibilities
- Gestire ticket di supporto di primo livello via chat e telefono
- Guidare gli utenti nella navigazione del software e nell'uso di funzionalità specifiche
- Registrare segnalazioni tecniche su sistema Jira
- Collaborare con il team sviluppo per la risoluzione delle anomalie
- Aggiornare la documentazione interna
- Effettuare piccoli interventi di configurazione utente
Requirements
- Diploma di scuola superiore o qualifica professionale
- Familiarità con strumenti informatici e pacchetto Office
- Capacità di spiegare procedure tecniche in modo semplice
- Orientamento al cliente e problem solving
- Ingresso in azienda da subito
We Offer
- Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi finalizzato a indeterminato
- Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.400-1.600 €
- Orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì
- Bonus su obiettivi
- Formazione continua su stack aziendale
- Buoni pasto
