About the Position

We’re looking for someone who can turn advertising data into the right strategy and optimization!

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Handle campaign objectives such as Cost per Install (CPI), CPM, and ROAS.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze advertising data to determine what works and what needs to be optimized.
• Optimize budget, targeting, bidding, and campaign performance based on data.
• Monitor ads performance for creator/live campaigns and make adjustments when needed.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure campaigns run effectively.
• Be available on weekends/public holidays when needed for live/VCT creator campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Ads / Performance Marketing / Paid Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with advertising data.
• Understands key metrics such as CPI, CPM, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion.
• Able to make decisions and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Willing to work with a flexible schedule when required for live/VCT campaigns.
