Advisor Area Development

About the Position

As an Advisor Area Development at TMC Civiele Techniek B.V., you will work on urban and infrastructural projects where civil engineering, spatial planning, and administrative processes intersect. You will provide advice on area planning, execution, and management, ensuring optimal alignment between the client, stakeholders, and project team.

Responsibilities

• Advising on civil engineering and infrastructural aspects within area development.
• Coordinating input from designers, engineers, and project teams.
• Liaising with municipalities, developers, managers, and advisors.
• Drafting visions, execution plans, and policy documents.
• Identifying risks and opportunities for project optimization.
• Contributing ideas for sustainable, innovative, and future-proof solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch at C1/C2 level.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Spatial Planning, or a related field.
• Relevant work experience in area development, project consultancy, or spatial planning.
• Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to balance interests and translate them into project teams.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.

• A permanent employment contract.
• A salary between €3,000 and €6,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
