About the Position

Affiliate Manager, remote

Ukrainian fintech company, specializing in the development of platforms in the field of finance and banking.

CPA-network – a Ukrainian network of affiliate programs with payment for action. The company develops performance marketing, is the discoverer of CPA in Ukraine, works with top webmasters and connects exclusive offers.

Responsibilities

• Finding new partners (webmasters) and engaging them in cooperation;
• Building long-term relationships with webmasters;
• Supporting existing partners, finding approaches to increase the effectiveness of current webmasters;
• Participation in conferences, thematic events, and expanding networking;
• Communication with representatives on thematic platforms, forums, and Telegram channels;
• Working with briefs and offers.

Requirements

• Experience in the CPA market from 1 year in positions of affiliate / traffic manager, webmaster;
• Knowledge of the main terms and metrics of affiliate marketing;
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel);
• English level Intermediate and higher;
• Analytical background;
• Activity, communication skills, literacy, diplomacy, willingness to develop and learn new areas.
