Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, lead, and scale our affiliate and partnership programs across key e-commerce and social commerce platforms. This role is crucial for driving significant revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and expanding our customer base through a robust network of creators, KOLs, and affiliate partners.

The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience with the native affiliate systems of Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other regional marketplaces. You will be responsible for the entire affiliate marketing lifecycle, from strategy and recruitment to campaign execution and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-platform affiliate marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall growth objectives, focusing on platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
• Platform Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize affiliate programs on key platforms to maximize performance and ROI.
• KOL & Affiliate Network Management: Build and maintain a strong network of KOLs, content creators, and affiliate partners within the Indonesian market.
• Campaign & Promotion Execution: Oversee the execution of affiliate campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and sales.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team of affiliate marketing professionals.
• Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies in the affiliate and social commerce landscape in Indonesia and SEA.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years specifically focused on affiliate marketing in an e-commerce environment. At least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Platform Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience managing large-scale affiliate programs directly on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Tokopedia. Experience with Lazada Affiliate is a strong plus.
• Network: A strong existing network of KOLs, content creators, and affiliate partners within the Indonesian market is highly desirable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to develop and measure marketing campaigns. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and familiar with e-commerce analytics tools.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building and leading a team, with excellent project management and delegation skills.
• Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Language: Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is required.
