About the Position

TEKCE, a leading player in the international real estate market since 2004, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Istanbul, Göztepe. As a Real Estate Agent, you will act as a reliable intermediary, connecting sellers and buyers, and ensuring they find the right property at the best price under favorable and reliable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Accompany buyers during property tours
• Provide advice on the value and features of properties they visit
• Conduct presentations for potential buyers
• Gather information about clients' preferences and financial capabilities to create an optimal selection of real estate options
• Advise clients on real estate market conditions, negotiation processes, prices, mortgages, legislation, and related issues
• Prepare necessary documents (contracts, etc.)
• Stay informed about the real estate market situation
• Select property options indicating their location, features, and photos
• Verify sales contracts for compliance with agreed terms
• Ensure fair and transparent transactions

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Active and team-oriented
• Results-driven and ambitious
• Long-term work commitment
• Basic knowledge of internet usage, Windows, MS Office
• Flexibility in work schedule
• Valid driver's license
• Fluency in English and Russian

We Offer

• Salary + commission

Working Hours (+3 GMT)

• Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
• Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00

We are invested in your success, which is why we offer a comprehensive 2-week training program at the TEKCE Academy. This program will be conducted online and will provide you with all the necessary skills to succeed in your new role as a Real Estate Agent.
