SumUp is seeking a Sales Agent/Broker in the payments sector for the Marche-Umbria region. This role involves developing a network of active clients to generate recurring commissions.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Development: Conduct direct sales to businesses, restaurants, professionals, and small enterprises in the Marche-Umbria region.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses through direct contact, networking, and word-of-mouth.
• Solution Presentation: Present SumUp's payment solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits such as ease of use, quick activation, reduced operational stress, and cost savings.
• Client Support: Guide clients from initial conversation to solution selection and activation, ensuring a smooth and digital process.
• Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls and visits, and manage opportunities using the Sidekick tool.
• Portfolio Management: Cultivate relationships with acquired clients to expand the client base and generate new referrals.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in B2B, retail, or HORECA sectors.
• Skills: Ability to create new business opportunities and build relationships consistently.
• Documentation: Active Partita IVA or willingness to obtain one before starting.
• Autonomy: Self-management of schedules and strong goal orientation.
• Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with smartphones and digital tools.
• Presence: Stable presence and willingness to travel within the assigned Marche-Umbria area.
