Agentic Platform Tech Lead

Data Science UA is a service company with deep expertise in AI and Data Science. Our story began in 2016 with the first Data Science UA Conference in Kyiv, and since then we’ve built one of the largest AI communities in Europe.

We are looking for an Agentic Platform Tech Lead to join a UK AI consultancy building an enterprise multi-agent marketing platform for a leading travel e-commerce client.

This is a 13-week full-time contract to build a production-grade AI platform using LangGraph within the client’s Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. The platform leverages modern agentic AI architecture, including evaluator loops, human-in-the-loop approval workflows, decision ledgers, and scalable enterprise AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of the platform and drive key architectural decisions.
• Coordinate the work of two engineers across parallel development streams.
• Participate in daily architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Act as the primary technical contact for the client’s engineering leadership, including the CTO and Head of Platform Engineering.
• Design and build production-ready multi-agent systems using LangGraph.
• Ensure high-quality architecture, smooth integration, and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or ML Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building production multi-agent AI systems.
• Strong experience with LangGraph (or extensive experience building agentic AI platforms).
• Deep understanding of:
  • orchestrator/supervisor patterns;
  • state management;
  • checkpointing;
  • human-in-the-loop workflows;
  • evaluator loops.
• Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical delivery.
• Fluent spoken and written English, with confidence communicating directly with enterprise clients.
