AI Analyst
Help Shape the Future of AI at ING
Artificial Intelligence is changing how businesses work, make decisions, and create value. At ING, we're looking for an AI Analyst / Consultant who can connect business challenges with innovative AI solutions and help stakeholders unlock the full potential of Generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to identify and assess AI opportunities
- Analyze business processes and recommend AI-driven improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
- Advise stakeholders on Intelligent Automation, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio
- Develop business cases, value assessments, and supporting documentation
- Track benefits realization and performance metrics
- Support AI adoption and change management initiatives
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, automation, or process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI-powered productivity tools
- Understanding of LLMs, grounding techniques, and context management
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
