Responsibilities

Design and develop applied AI applications: copilots, conversational agents, business assistants.
Integrate LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents into comprehensive application products (back-end, API, orchestration).
Build multi-step agent workflows by orchestrating tools, memory, and data sources (LangGraph, CrewAI).
Develop APIs and services necessary for exposing AI functionalities (FastAPI, microservices).
Design user interfaces and experiences tailored to AI usages (chat, copilots, embedded assistants).
Implement evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI product quality in real-world conditions.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bac +5 / Doctorate in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience, including 2 years minimum in software development, with significant experience on projects integrating LLMs, RAG, or AI agents.
- Experience in a consulting firm is a plus.
- Solid experience in Python software development and API construction.
- Practical experience with LLM, RAG, and AI agent architectures in application contexts.
- Good understanding of product issues: user experience, reliability, performance.
- Ability to transform an AI prototype into a robust and maintainable application.
