About the Company
QATestLab is an international IT outsourcing company that provides independent software testing services. We have over 20 years of experience in providing QA support to companies in various industries - from e-commerce, banking, and healthcare to gaming, media, and telecom. Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, gaming, and cloud applications.
We’re expanding our Marketing Department and are looking for a creative and proactive AI Content Writer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll create engaging content for LinkedIn, our corporate website, and various marketing materials while helping shape our content strategy and drive the adoption of AI-powered content creation across the team.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit a wide variety of content in Ukrainian and English for internal projects: LinkedIn posts, articles, email and LinkedIn newsletters, presentations, landing pages, employer branding materials, etc.
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice and adhere to the company’s content standards
- Test new AI tools and approaches, and integrate them into the team’s content processes
- Manage the full content creation cycle from gathering information and providing briefs to designers to publication
- Effectively use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to generate and optimize text
- Work in two-week sprints with task planning and evaluation
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to produce high-quality and relevant content
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience as a Content Writer and be able to showcase your portfolio
- Experience creating B2B content, preferably in the IT or technology industry
- Experience working with English-language content and possess Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher
- Actively use AI tools in your daily work for research, idea generation, drafting, editing, content optimization, and scaling
- Be able to create various types of content in both Ukrainian and English, including presentations, marketing materials, social media posts, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Have a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and content marketing best practices
- Have strong time management skills, meet deadlines, and are comfortable working in Agile sprints
- You are proactive and open to learning and mastering new AI tools
- Have strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Design, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Practical experience in SMM or PR
- Basic proficiency in Figma or Canva for preparing drafts for designers
