About the Team: We develop practical AI solutions used in internal and commercial projects. We work on AI agents, process automation, integrations with LLMs, developer tools, cost monitoring, and standards for the safe use of AI in organizations.

Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of tools based on AI agents, workspaces, prompt configurations, and agent pipelines.
• Integration of applications with LLM models and development of an AI Gateway / proxy / broker layer.
• Development of the AI application backend, including document import, indexing, and processing, including PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, Markdown.
• Building integrations with corporate tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, Grafana, n8n, databases.
• Preparation and maintenance of developer environments based on Docker, Docker Compose, containers, and isolated workspaces.
• Collaboration on deployments, application configuration, CI/CD processes, and Kubernetes environments.
• Monitoring AI model usage: tokens, costs, requests, metrics, and expanding dashboards in Grafana.
• Testing new AI models, including open-source models, and evaluating their quality, costs, and deployment possibilities.
• Optimizing AI usage costs through cache, proxy, prompt compression, and good token usage practices.
• Refactoring code, code review, bug fixing, and repository organization.
• Co-creating and implementing AI usage standards in projects and documenting best practices for the team.

Requirements

• Experience in developing backend solutions and integrating systems via API.
• Practical use of AI / LLM tools and understanding of how language models, prompts, context, tokens, and cost limitations work.
• Experience in integrating with AI models, e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude/Anthropic, or open-source models.
• Ability to design and develop solutions based on AI agents, task automation, agent pipelines, or similar mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Docker / Docker Compose and the ability to prepare local or isolated development environments.
• Experience with Git, code review, conflict resolution, refactoring, and maintaining code quality.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues in applications, logs, integrations, databases, and runtime environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and working with test and production environments.
• Ability to collaborate with the development team, DevOps, analysts, and business personnel.
• Attention to security, access control, compliance with licenses, and responsible use of AI tools.

• Experience with Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with tools like n8n, Grafana, Power BI, Jira, SharePoint.
• Experience with AI agents, Harness tools, agent frameworks, or developer workflow automation.
• Experience with open-source models and their local or cloud deployment.
• Understanding of cost optimization issues for infrastructure and token usage.
• Experience with RAG systems, semantic search, knowledge bases, or document processing.
• Experience in projects requiring compliance, audits, or high security standards.
