Senior Project Manager (E-commerce)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (E-commerce) to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve comprehensive management of projects and project portfolios, ensuring budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risk are meticulously controlled.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Project and Portfolio Management: Define, plan, manage, and monitor budget, scope, schedule, resources, and risk.
• Project Reporting: Regularly work with project reports to monitor progress.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good client relationships, manage open communication, control potential risks, be the first point of escalation, and manage client expectations.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of project teams and ensure consistency in the adopted methodology.
• Team Building: Build a well-organized team, identify recruitment needs.
• Business Development Support: Actively participate in preparing offers and during the negotiation process of cooperation terms.

Requirements

• Experience in E-commerce Implementation: Preferably B2B.
• Technical Background: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with development teams.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Ability to incorporate non-functional requirements (NFR) such as performance, security, and scalability in daily product work.
• Portfolio Coordination: Experience in coordinating work within a project portfolio.
• Knowledge of IT Industry and E-commerce Ecosystems: Familiarity with product, category, and e-commerce management processes.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English at a business and technical level (B2/C1).
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile project execution.
• AI Tools: Proficiency in using AI tools and staying updated with industry trends.
• Proactivity and Independence: Proactive and self-reliant, taking initiative and motivating others.
