You’re passionate about technology, eager to explore artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing, and ready to learn, experiment, and build. As an AI Engineer, you’ll contribute to projects focused on AI applications. You’ll work in a small team of experienced developers, while using the latest technologies in AI. Responsibilities

Work on an innovative AI Agent platform to provide novelty solutions for a wide variety of cases
Collaborate with the team for analysis, implementation, testing, and delivery
Participate in 3-weekly sprints, work out user stories, solve/investigate bug reports, and perform incident analysis
Perform code reviews and help define and implement coding standards and best practices
Manage the deployment, testing, and monitoring of LLM solutions, including automation of CI/CD pipelines
Identify opportunities to optimize performance and functionalities
Eager to learn new things about emerging technologies and trends in conversational AI and apply them to ongoing projects

Requirements

Strong analytical thinker and team player
Excellent communicator, able to explain complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences
2-3+ years’ experience of building professional software using Agile/Scrum methodology
2-3 years of Python development experience
Experience with Azure
Experience working with Git and Azure DevOps
Experience in building, monitoring, and maintaining highly scalable distributed systems (or eager to learn)
Experience integrating backend systems into solutions
Good communication skills (both in English and Dutch), customer focus, and accuracy

Nice to Have

Experience and understanding of NLP and its practical applications
Experience in LLM/ AI solutions
Understanding of Machine Learning principles and related technologies
