About the Position
We're looking for an AI-First Full-Stack Developer who uses Claude Code as their primary IDE. You build complete systems from schema to deploy, understand agentic loops from the inside, and write your own MCP servers.
Responsibilities
- Use Claude Code as your primary environment - agentic workflows, sub-agents, and multi-step orchestration are part of your daily routine
- Architect and ship end-to-end features from schema to production, owning the full slice
- Build and operate Go services on AWS and Cloudflare Containers
- Develop Vite + React frontends using react-strict-dom, Suspense, and server components
- Stand up edge APIs on Cloudflare Workers with the right storage primitive for each job
- Write internal skills, MCP servers, and slash commands that make the whole team faster
- Own the bash, Dockerfiles, and CI/CD glue that keeps the system running
- Critically evaluate AI output
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code - agentic workflows, sub-agents, hooks, slash commands
- Strong knowledge of Go and container-friendly service design
- Deep understanding of React + Vite - Suspense, server components
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, RDS) and Kubernetes
- Practical knowledge of the Cloudflare stack - Workers, R2, KV, D1, Durable Objects
- Good understanding of AI tool calls - schemas, retries, streaming, failure modes
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Stripe and Stripe Connect
- Terminal-native - bash, Linux, tmux
- Fluent English for direct client communication
