About the Project
We are looking for an AI Leader for an insurance industry client who will be responsible for developing and implementing modern AI solutions in an enterprise environment. This role is for someone who can combine technical knowledge with a business approach and wants to realistically influence the way software is created and processes are automated.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing AI solutions in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Creating and developing AI agents (Agentic AI) supporting business and development processes
- Designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions, including contextual search, embeddings, vectorization, and integration with knowledge bases and document repositories
- Integrating AI models with applications, APIs, and existing SDLC and DevOps processes
- Building prototypes, conducting technology experiments, and validating new concepts
- Collaborating with architects, development teams, and business experts in the implementation of AI solutions
- Identifying areas where AI can streamline software development and increase organizational efficiency
Requirements
- Self-reliant individuals capable of analyzing problems and proposing solutions
- Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and AI services available in Microsoft Azure
- Skills in integrating AI models with applications, APIs, and DevOps processes
- Practical experience in designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions
- Experience with RAG solutions, including contextual search, embeddings, vector databases, integration with documents and knowledge repositories
- Programming experience (preferably Java or related technologies) enabling smooth collaboration with development teams
- Good knowledge of the SDLC process, CI/CD, code review, automated testing, and good software production practices
- Skills in rapid prototyping and working in an experimental and R&D environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, SonarQube, and others supporting the development process
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment where solutions are created iteratively and require continuous testing
