About the Project
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer to join our international transformative project involving the migration of data, configurations, and processes from the current Salesforce environment to Salesforce NPC.
Your Tasks
- Develop applications on the Salesforce platform - create and improve system functionalities
- Collaborate directly with business teams during the analysis and design phases
- Conduct integrations with external applications
- Model data, including designing objects and defining relationships
- Provide training for users and ensure ongoing support
- Create and update technical and process documentation
- Monitor system performance and data quality
- Support the culture of agile development and continuous improvement within the team
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
- Experience with Salesforce NPC
- Experience in migration projects
- Documented experience with: Process Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, API integrations, HTML, CSS
- Fluent in English
- Possess a Salesforce Administrator certification
