We are looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer to help redefine how software is designed, developed, and delivered in the age of AI.
In this role, you will combine strong software engineering expertise with modern AI-assisted development practices. You will work on building autonomous agents, integrating AI capabilities into development workflows, and enabling engineering teams to leverage AI tools effectively and responsibly.
You will play a key role in experimenting with emerging technologies, rapidly delivering proof-of-concepts, and helping establish best practices for AI-native software engineering across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Leverage modern AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar solutions to improve software delivery processes
- Apply AI-native engineering practices, including context management, spec-driven development, and reusable skills-based workflows
- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code and agent outputs to ensure correctness, security, maintainability, and production readiness
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies and contribute to the organization's technology radar
- Design, develop, and maintain autonomous agents supporting Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities
- Integrate agents with platforms such as Jira, GitHub, and CI/CD systems through Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Perform context engineering by organizing project knowledge, documentation, and code structures to optimize AI agent effectiveness
- Create documentation, workflow guides, and best practices for AI-assisted development
- Train and support engineering teams in adopting AI-native development workflows
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering productivity through responsible and effective AI adoption
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
- Full-stack development experience is a plus
- Ability to rapidly prototype and deliver proof-of-concepts using AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, PydanticAI, or similar
- Experience working with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience structuring codebases and documentation for AI agent consumption, including markdown descriptors, skills definitions, folder structures, and tool-call schemas
- Experience managing LLM-related costs through model selection, caching strategies, and token budgeting
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and development practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience building internal engineering tools and developer platforms
- Experience introducing AI-native practices into software development teams
- Experience with cloud environments and CI/CD platforms
