• AI Toolkit (LinkedIn Headline and About generator, Mock Interview, Cover letter, Elevator Pitch)
• Career and personality tests
• Guides and insights on all elements of job search
• Career consultations with an experienced coach

Who we are looking for:

An AI Full Stack Developer with solid experience in commercial development and a willingness to take responsibility for the result, who is interested in influencing the development of the product.

Our goal is not to "write code for the sake of code," but to create a reliable product that solves real user problems.

For us, solid experience in AI-first development and building multi-agent systems is important.

Current technical development team:

• 3 Product Engineers
• 1 PM
• 1 QA Engineer
• 1 DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Optimization and Refactoring: Analysis and improvement of existing services (performance, scalability, security).
• API Design: Development of flexible and scalable APIs for future services considering the needs of the frontend (and mobile application in the future).
• Problem Finding and Solving: We expect you to independently find bottlenecks in the system before they become critical.
• Maintenance: Support of the current infrastructure, monitoring errors and their prompt resolution.
• Argumentation of Decisions: Proposing several options for solving a task with a clear description of the risks and advantages of each.

Requirements

• Must-have skills:

  • JavaScript + TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • React + Next.js
  • NestJS + Fastify
  • MikroORM, PostgreSQL/MySQL
  • REST API, integrations (webhooks, payments)
  • Docker, AWS
  • Sentry, logging, performance tuning
  • Key-value storage
  • Message brokers/queue
  • Testing - unit/integration
  • Practical experience in building multi-agent systems or AI-agents in production
  • Experience in daily development through AI tools (agentic coding) as the main workflow

• Nice-to-have:

  • EdTech/HR-tech experience
  • Familiarity with PHP Laravel/Redis for migration
