Responsibilities

• AI-Enabled Marketing Projects: Use our exclusive internal AI tools to assist 3-4 Sales/AM teams in drafting proposals for influencer collaboration projects, planning casting strategies, and tracking performance data reports.
• Cross-Department Communication and Promotion: As a team player for various project teams, ensure smooth project progress and provide the highest quality AI-assisted output.
• Process Optimization and Innovation: You won't just "use" AI, you need to continuously interact with AI, think about, and develop internal tasks and standard operating procedures (SOP) on "how AI can further accelerate work processes and optimize project quality."
• Become a Future Super PM: With a focus on project management, explore and expand the influence of AI, making team operations smarter and more efficient.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as it will be frequently used or involved in international projects.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing or digital marketing concepts, familiar with the basic structure and necessary items of "proposals" and "closing reports."
• High interest and sensitivity to social media ecosystems and KOL content.
• AI Enthusiast: Continuously research the latest AI workflows, agents, and automation tools, and are eager to quickly experiment with and apply new technologies to work processes (an AI tool test will be arranged during the interview).
• Project Management Potential: Possess clear logical thinking, and prefer thinking about "how to make things better and more efficient" rather than just execution.
