AI Project Executive (Influencer Marketing)

About the Position

We are looking for an AI Project Executive (Influencer Marketing) to join our team. This role is at the forefront of industry innovation, leveraging AI to enhance marketing projects and drive team success.

Responsibilities

• AI-Enabled Marketing Projects: Utilize proprietary AI tools to assist 3-4 Sales/AM teams in drafting proposals, planning influencer strategies (Casting), and tracking performance data for influencer collaboration projects.
• Cross-Department Communication and Promotion: Act as a key ally for various project teams, ensuring smooth project progression and delivering high-quality AI-assisted outputs.
• Process Optimization and Innovation: Continuously interact with AI to think about and develop internal tasks and standard operating procedures (SOP) that can accelerate workflows and optimize project quality.
• Becoming a Future Super PM: With a focus on project management, explore and expand the influence of AI to make team operations smarter and more efficient.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as the role involves frequent use or participation in international projects.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing or digital marketing concepts, including the structure and essential elements of proposals and closing reports.
• High interest and sensitivity towards social media ecosystems and KOL content.
• AI Enthusiast: Continuously research the latest AI workflows, agents, and automation tools, eager to quickly experiment with and apply new technologies to workflows (AI tool practical test will be arranged during the interview).
• Project Management Potential: Possess clear logical thinking, preferring to think about "how to make things better and more efficient" rather than just executing tasks.
