AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead

We are currently seeking an AI Solutions Architect & Delivery Lead to lead the execution of digital transformation projects within a specialized Factory, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions based on AI, Data Science, and backend technologies.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing both the project execution and the technical and functional coordination of the team, ensuring the application of the standards defined by the Factory and acting as the point of reference between the team, the Project Manager, and the platform managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of digital transformation and automation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and deliverables.
• Manage capacity, resource allocation, and priorities within the work Pod.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of Development, Conversion, and Testing profiles.
• Monitor the project and provide periodic reporting to the Project Manager.
• Identify improvement needs, functional or technical gaps, and communicate them to the Factory's Core teams.
• Ensure the adoption of standards, methodologies, development patterns, and tools defined by the organization.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure the correct execution of initiatives.
• Drive the construction and evolution of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and advanced automation.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams or software development projects.
• Solid knowledge of Python applied to Data Science and AI projects.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLM).
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Agentic AI.
• Backend services development with Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience using Git and version control best practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in software factory environments, automation platforms, or digital transformation is valuable.
