AI Specialist (Compliance)

This role is based in our Limassol office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about applying AI to solve real-world Compliance challenges. Over the next eight months, you'll lead initiatives that enhance processes, improve productivity, and help shape the future of AI-enabled Compliance operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing Compliance processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved controls, and enhanced reporting.
• Design and build AI-assisted workflows for recurring analysis, reporting, documentation, and knowledge management tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and analytics solutions into existing Compliance workflows.
• Prepare documentation, user guidance, and best practices to support the adoption and scaling of AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools to automate workflows, analyse information, and improve business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
