About the Position

Міжнародна платіжна платформа Tranzzo шукає талановитого та прогресивного Аналітика, менеджера по звірках в нашу команду.

**Вже більше 7-ми років ми створюємо fintech-продукт, який дає можливість бізнесу приймати оплату онлайн, рішення Tranzzo використовують такі партнери, як Дія, Liki24, «Фокстрот», MyCredit, Varus, WOG, Tickets, Checkbox, Abrams та інші.

Today Tranzzo is:

• 100+ professionals with experience in e-commerce, banking, and the payment sphere;
• About 10 million transactions monthly and support for 30+ currencies;
• Over 3000 clients from Ukraine and countries in Europe, CIS, Asia, and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Management of accounting reports:
  • Development and preparation of regular management reports for internal users (management), maintaining existing reports and changing calculation models according to data received from managers/supervisors;
  • Conducting reconciliations with banks and counterparties on a daily basis;
  • Providing reports to chief accountants and direct supervisors on a daily basis;
  • Conducting reconciliations of accounting and operational records.
• Control over the relevance of tariffs and contract terms:
  • Monitoring the relevance of tariffs for clients, taking into account signed contracts.
• Processing requests in Jira and Slack.
• Analysis and improvement of financial models/calculations:
  • Analysis of existing financial models, recalculation, and provision of updated calculations based on current changes in models and market conditions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of management accounting standards and principles:
  • Proficiency in the basics of management accounting, including methods of calculating cost of goods sold, marginality, depreciation, and assessment of financial risks;
  • Experience in creating reports and providing financial information for internal users (management).
• Skills in working with large volumes of data:
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data, aggregate and analyze them to form accurate and up-to-date management reports;
  • Development and automation of data processing processes to obtain reasonable conclusions that influence strategic decisions.
• Advanced skills in Excel:
  • Experience in building financial calculations in Excel (medium complexity);
  • Proficiency in pivot tables, functions for analyzing costs and revenues at the project level.
• Experience with financial systems:
  • Confident proficiency in programs for management accounting and financial reporting, including BI (Business Intelligence) systems.
• Experience in reconciliations with Banks and Counterparties.

Nice to Have

• Analytical skills:
  • Ability to quickly analyze changes in key indicators and the ability to use data in calculations.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail:
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines;
  • Attention to detail in preparing management reports, financial models, and calculations;
  • Culture of providing financial calculations.
• Flexibility and adaptability:
  • Willingness to quickly learn and implement new tools for improving financial analysis and forecasting;
  • Flexibility in approaches to solving financial tasks in conditions of change and uncertainty.

Education and Experience

• Financial education:
  • Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting;
  • A master's degree or professional certificates is an advantage.
  • Experience in management accounting and financial analysis, knowledge of the principles of financial reporting and financial model formation is a plus.
• Experience in management accounting:
  • Experience in developing and adapting management reports (budgets, forecasts, KPI reports), as well as building calculations for evaluating financial indicators (e.g., marginality, profitability, break-even analysis).
  • Experience in calculations based on pricing strategies models, taking into account all company expenses and revenues.
