About the Position
Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovative project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the IT company Fintech Band, which is already actively used by over 10 million clients.
You are our candidate if:
- You have experience in the banking sector and understand the principles of pricing bank products.
- You can analyze the profitability of products and assess their effectiveness.
- You confidently work with Excel/Word and use modern tools for data processing.
- You have analytical thinking and experience in interacting with business units.
- You are proficient in English at least at the Intermediate level.
Responsibilities
- Calculating the profitability and effectiveness of new and existing bank products.
- Participating in the automation of calculation models and product monitoring.
- Preparing analytical conclusions and references for the implementation of new products.
- Interacting with business units and supporting decision-making processes.
- Changing tariffs and setting individual conditions for clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel/Word.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Fluency in English at least at the Intermediate level.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for query formation and data analysis.
