About the Position

Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovation project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the IT company Fintech Band, actively used by over 11 million clients.

We need your professionalism for:

• Ensuring compliance with the bank's tariffs, interest rates, and currency exchange rates in the branch;
• Verifying the accuracy of transactions and the completeness and correctness of documentation, including customer identification;
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentary records of safe deposit box operations;
• Processing operational documents;
• Ensuring employees adhere to the bank's internal regulations, NBU normative documents, and Ukrainian laws;
• Opening and closing safe deposit boxes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with bank tariffs, interest rates, and currency exchange rates.
• Verify the accuracy of transactions and the completeness of documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy of documentary records of safe deposit box operations.
• Process operational documents.
• Ensure adherence to internal regulations, NBU normative documents, and Ukrainian laws.
• Open and close safe deposit boxes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the banking system.
• Knowledge of NBU normative documents (regulations and instructions).
