About the Position

Data Analyst (Reporting, SQL, Power BI)

We are looking for an analyst to join the Regulatory Reporting and Banking Group Management (Finance Department) team.

We need your professionalism for:

• Formation and automation of regular (including regulatory) and ad-hoc reporting;
• Optimization and maintenance of the existing reports base using MS SQL Server;
• In-depth work with databases (writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, analyzing execution plans);
• Preparation of analytical presentations for internal and external users (including top management);
• Development of reports in MS Report Builder;
• Building and maintaining analytical dashboards in MS Power BI;
• Analysis of banking data and preparation of substantiated conclusions based on the results.

Responsibilities

• Form and automate regular and ad-hoc reporting.
• Optimize and maintain the existing reports base using MS SQL Server.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Prepare analytical presentations for internal and external users.
• Develop reports in MS Report Builder.
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards in MS Power BI.
• Analyze banking data and prepare substantiated conclusions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as an analyst in the banking sector (mandatory);
• Proficient in SQL / T-SQL (confident use of CTE, window functions, complex procedures, functions, and knowledge of optimization principles for heavy queries);
• Practical skills in working with MS Power BI and MS Report Builder;
• Experience with banking systems, financial accounting data, and regulatory reporting;
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
• Fluent in English at the level of reading technical documentation;
• Ability to independently seek solutions, verify data correctness, and work within clear deadlines.
