About the Position

We are currently seeking an Application Analyst for our client, an international FMCG company, to manage and monitor applications, ensuring high service delivery to internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Deployment, management, and monitoring of applications with support from external and internal providers;
• Problem resolution as a second-line support for local IT teams in accordance with the agreed SLA;
• Ensuring a high level of service delivery to internal clients by supporting regional IT teams;
• Participation in implementation projects and improvements of solutions and procedures in line with adopted standards and SLAs;
• Taking actions to streamline applications, enhance their security, and search for and implement innovative solutions;
• Providing and continuously developing a knowledge base on infrastructure and systems;
• Preparing technical documentation, technical specifications, templates, and procedures;
• Collaborating with other IT teams;

Requirements

• Higher education in IT;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT service delivery and at least 2 years of experience in an independent position;
• Experience in application management and project management and coordination;
• Scripting skills;
• Strong communication and analytical skills and ability to build positive business relationships;
• Initiative and ability to manage one's own work time;
• Very good knowledge of English due to work in an English-speaking environment;
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, application interfacing, and EDI/EAI solutions is welcome;
