About the Project:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Public Sector team at Sygnity S.A. The team you will be joining develops IT systems to support local public tasks, improving the work of institutions involved in social assistance and support.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

• Document client requirements, needs, and problems.
• Create analyses and interpretations of regulations and legal acts in terms of their impact on business and system processes.
• Develop business and system recommendations based on legal provisions or client requirements.
• Actively collaborate with IT and business teams to implement changes resulting from new regulations or client requirements.

System Analysis:

• Agree with the client on functional and non-functional system requirements and translate them into IT system functions.
• Transform business content in business rules into detailed guidelines, algorithms, and system expressions.
• Identify limitations of technologies used to implement the system.
• Manage project complexity in terms of analysis (decomposition, packaging, modularization, attribute management, requirement dependency management).

Requirements

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in conducting analysis and verification of requirements, including legal acts.
• Ability to model requirements graphically or in natural language, including using modeling languages such as UML/BPMN.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect.
• Experience in collaborating with Architects, Developers, and Clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly find solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of English.
• Experience with AI tools supporting business and system analysis.
