About the Position

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team in a remote or office setting in Białystok. The role focuses on system analysis and business process modeling.

Responsibilities

• Designing detailed system analysis for services based on business requirements and overall technical project.
• Designing database structure, validation, interfaces, methods, error messages, technical communication aspects, security, and login scope.
• Developing technical specifications for external system interfaces (xsd, validations, rules).
• Describing technical requirements that must be met by external systems to use interfaces.
• Describing service methods, data scope, and the minimum set of parameters necessary for their invocation.
• Preparing sample input and output messages for all interfaces.
• Maintaining and updating the repository of system analytical documentation.
• Proposing and consulting system solutions with clients and implementers of defined requirements.
• Supporting developers and testers in the software production cycle and its subsequent maintenance.
• Participating in IT projects as a Business Analyst.
• Defining business-level problems and needs.
• Acquiring, agreeing, and analyzing business requirements and developing business solution recommendations.
• Creating functional and non-functional requirement specifications and ensuring their quality and consistency.
• Documenting existing processes, preparing proposals for their modifications, and designing new processes based on BPMN notation.
• Conducting analytical work during the design, production, and testing stages of information systems.
• Leading workshop meetings with clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge and experience in modeling information systems using UML notation and business process modeling using BPMN notation.
• Knowledge and experience in user requirement analysis, system maintenance and development, and implementing new functionalities.
• Ability to identify and manage user requirements and create system specifications.
• Ability to create business requirements, manage their versions, and lifecycle.
• Analytical thinking skills to transform data into reports.
• Ability to create requirement/analytical documentation.
• Experience in operational data work (e.g., data warehousing, BI, business information usage) is welcome.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect and Jira tools is welcome.
