About the Position
We are seeking a System Architect with at least 4 years of experience in designing enterprise-level multi-tier systems to join our team. Remote work is available.
Responsibilities
- Designing the architecture of IT systems in coordination with other IT teams (particularly security, infrastructure, and integration) to ensure compliance with adopted standards and technologies.
- Creating documentation for the produced software using tools like Enterprise Architect, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Coordinating the technical work of programmers and deployment teams within the project.
- Ensuring the quality, performance, and compliance of the produced software and systems with best practices and corporate standards.
- Collaborating with external vendors for system integration and evaluating their technological solutions.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining good practices and design patterns in software development.
- Designing the architecture of system solutions for new components and modifications.
- Ensuring the design of solutions meets security and performance requirements.
- Identifying requirements for hardware, infrastructure, and software environments.
- Collaborating with business owners to understand needs and design the best solutions.
- Selecting technologies, products, and tools.
- Identifying and managing risk factors associated with the adopted architecture and technology.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in programming multi-tier enterprise systems, including at least 2 years as an IT architect.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect.
- Knowledge of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) design principles.
- Knowledge of designing interfaces using SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) and REST (Representational State Transfer).
- Knowledge of IT system security issues.
- Knowledge of design patterns and architectural patterns used in IT systems and application integration.
