About the Position

We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our client, a leading international software company specializing in IT solutions for various industries including publishing, public administration, and healthcare. The role is based in Gdańsk, Poland, and offers flexible collaboration options.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements;
• Creating mockups and preparing the logical design of the system;
• Designing solutions and describing communication interfaces for system integration;
• Analyzing and optimizing processes;
• Preparing acceptance tests;
• Participating in project work as part of a scrum team and collaborating with developers and testers on system functional requirements;

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst;
• Knowledge of HR/payroll issues or systems used in education management;
• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical clients;
• Highly developed analytical skills, systematic approach, and accuracy;
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a focus on collaborative problem-solving;
• English language proficiency for reading technical documentation;

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of databases and ability to design data structures;
