We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Warsaw, focusing on financial data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and recommendations based on financial data
• Monitor the correctness of data processing and information flow between operating, billing, and financial systems
• Participate in month-end closing processes, including verification of accounting entries and execution of control procedures
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses for business needs
• Collaborate with the financial auditor to control the accuracy of transaction records
• Participate in the implementation of new IT systems
• Gather and define functional requirements and participate in the testing of implemented solutions

Requirements

• Higher education (preferred fields: finance, accounting, economics)
• Professional experience in a similar position supported by knowledge of finance and accounting
• Very good knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
• Highly developed analytical thinking skills, ability to draw accurate conclusions
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Good knowledge of SQL queries
• Accuracy, timeliness, commitment, and openness to cooperation
• Practical knowledge of accounting principles and financial-bookkeeping processes

3. Personal data will be processed for: a) conducting the recruitment process under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in connection with the Act of July 17, 2009, on internship practices; b) registration in the candidate database under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e., consent to the processing of personal data; c) possible establishment, investigation, or securing of claims under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In the case of data processing based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.
4. Personal data may be disclosed to authorized data recipients under separate legal provisions, entities cooperating with the data controller, entities processing data on behalf of the data controller, and companies belonging to the CP Capital Group.
5. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
6. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose a) i.e., conducting the recruitment process, and for 6 months after the end of the process, b) if you have consented to participate in future recruitments for 2 years from the submission of the application or until the consent is withdrawn, c) possible establishment, investigation, or securing of claims. After the purpose of processing is achieved, the data will be deleted.
7. The data subject has the right to: a) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal; b) request access to personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format if technically feasible; c) object to processing for reasons relating to their particular situation; d) lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
8. Providing personal data is necessary for the recruitment process. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to participate in the recruitment process.
9. The scope of personal data processed includes data contained in the CV.
10. Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, or subject to automated decision-making.
