About the Position
We are seeking a Sales Analyst / Demand Planner for a global FMCG organization, a leader in its industry. Due to the development of internal structures, we are looking for passionate and committed candidates for the position of Sales Analyst / Demand Planner.
Location: Poznań, Poland
Work Type: Hybrid
Employment Type: Permanent contract
Responsibilities
- Leading the local Sales & Operations Planning process, considering various department perspectives to create high-quality business planning,
- Utilizing the latest base forecasting methods based on artificial intelligence and machine learning for each product, to create an objective and accurate demand plan using SAP APO,
- Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to deepen the mutual understanding of various sales channels and customers,
- Supporting the regional supply planning team to ensure optimal inventory distribution in various warehouses, optimized safety stock levels, and efficient processes,
- Analyzing key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales planning/data analysis and/or supply chain in a company with international capital,
- Good knowledge of statistical forecasting methods, SAP APO, and business analytics tools – mandatory,
- English language proficiency enabling fluent communication – mandatory,
- Highly developed interpersonal skills,
- Independence, initiative in action,
- Higher education,
