Business Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Warszawa, Poland. You will develop a deep understanding of stakeholders' needs and drive business valued outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Listen to stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs and priorities
• Prioritize needs coming from stakeholders
• Perform functional research and design to determine possible solutions
• Conduct data discovery and profiling for fit and gap analysis
• Identifying patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it
• Participation in design dashboards and visualizations
• Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing
• Tenaciously solve problems and make decisions under uncertainty
• Actively contribute to team ceremonies including: sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives
• Demonstrate strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcome

Requirements

• University degree in economics, computer science, mathematics, finance, or other if presenting strong analytical skills
• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Tableau (building dashboards and visualizations)
• Comfortable writing SQL queries
• Passionate about learning every day
• Excellent in English – you will have to communicate in English with the team and stakeholders
