About the Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical skills to join our team in Warszawa, Poland. You will work on developing solutions and driving business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Listen to stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs and priorities
Prioritize needs coming from stakeholders
Perform functional research and design to determine possible solutions
Conduct data discovery and profiling for fit and gap analysis
Identifying patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it
Participation in design dashboards and visualizations
Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing
Tenaciously solve problems and make decisions under uncertainty
Actively contribute to team ceremonies including: sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives
Demonstrate strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcome

Requirements

University degree in economics, computer science, mathematics, finance, or other if presenting strong analytical skills
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Tableau (building dashboards and visualizations)
Comfortable writing SQL queries
Passionate about learning every day
Excellent in English – you will have to communicate in English with the team and stakeholders
