About the Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Client Management team in Warsaw, Poland, focusing on corporate client financing.

Responsibilities

• Implement the bank's strategy through credit and ABL processes
• Prepare batches for credit processes, renewals, and other banking products
• Analyze the economic and financial situation of clients
• Assess industry and potential risks
• Assign client ratings
• Manage the portfolio of assigned corporate clients, conducting periodic financial and security monitoring
• Contribute to team efficiency, motivate others, set goals, and develop competencies
• Participate in internal projects aimed at increasing analyst efficiency and timeliness
• Collaborate with other bank units

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Higher education (preferably in economics or related fields)
• Proficiency in financial analysis of corporate entities
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Analytical skills and ability to draw logical conclusions
• Polish language proficiency at least at B2 level
• English language proficiency at a communicative level
