Business Analyst

About the Position

Wait, it’s nothing! The number of projects is growing, and with them, our team too. And now we need a Business Analyst for one of our biggest clients in the banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Gather, specify, and clearly document business & functional requirements.
• Description of the processes for the development team.
• Development of the concept of the solution of the developed product.
• Formation of the concept into a technical assignment with specific requirements for a future product.
• Participation in project evaluation.
• Development of prototypes of the user interface.
• Prioritization of requirements.
• Consultation of developers and QA during product development on requirements-related issues.
• Formation of reports on the results of sprints, and meetings with the client.
• Conducting demos, presentations, and meetings on the project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BA
• Experience in banking domain is a must
• Hands-on experience with business analysis, testing, and project management activities (agile methodology)
• Experience in delivering projects in risk management techniques like VaR (Value at Risk), Liquidity risk, and Stress Testing models
• Understanding of data used in Risk and Finance with strong knowledge in financial derivative products
• Knowledge of various risk calculation methodologies such as VaR models, stress testing models
• Exposure to capital markets, products like bonds, derivatives, equities, etc.
• Experience in valuation (How to value a bond, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English
