Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for operational and strategic initiatives in the field of offline growth and develop them consistently from start to finish.
• You will work proactively, hands-on, solution-oriented, and closely with the management team, supporting your mentor in strategic decisions.
• You will identify new projects in the offline growth area, develop independent strategies, and implement them in a customer-oriented and entrepreneurial manner.
• You will communicate confidently internally and externally with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear coordination, quick decisions, and smooth implementation.
• You will take on ad-hoc projects in various areas and support the growth team in all its fields of activity.
• You will be an integral part of our growth team, working across sales, tech, and brand to drive Enpal's future growth.

Requirements

• You have initial work experience or internships in a fast-growing company such as startups or in a management consultancy.
• You are characterized by an analytical, proactive, and highly solution-oriented approach.
• You have a natural strength in communication with internal and external stakeholders, excellent negotiation skills, and a natural "closer" spirit.
• You have a strong interest in building businesses and a pronounced desire to learn new things.
• You have a goal-oriented approach, a high degree of proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.
• You have experience in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and can implement a 100% approach when working on important tasks.
• You think big, love speed, try unconventional approaches – and are ready to take real responsibility for a highly strategic growth area.
