Android Developer

About the Position

We are looking for a talented and motivated Android Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in Android development, as well as hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java. You will work closely with our development team to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features;
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness;
• Identify and fix bugs;
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback;
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Excellent command of Kotlin and Java;
• Deep understanding of the Android SDK and frameworks;
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party library integrations;
• Familiarity with MVC, MVVM, and other design patterns;
• Knowledge of Android Jetpack components (e.g., LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation);
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing;
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Experience with Data Binding;
• Familiarity with Dagger2 for dependency injection;
• Experience with Firebase for backend services;
• Knowledge of Jetpack Compose for UI development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with reactive programming (e.g., RxJava, Coroutines);
• Understanding of Google Material Design principles;
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD);
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
