About the Position
We are seeking an Android Developer / SDET to join our dynamic Android Automation team in Europe. If you have a passion for solving intriguing problems and diving deep into code, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Create and support existing test cases and framework
- File bugs caught by CI tests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve test coverage
- Work on in-house tools
- Conduct code reviews for team PRs and assist Android developers with Espresso tests
- Participate in daily stand-ups and planning meetings with the Android core team
Requirements
- Commercial experience of at least 1 year
- Knowledge of Android SDK (Activity, Fragments, Gradle)
- Proficiency in Kotlin
- English (Intermediate writing and speaking)
- Familiarity with MVVM / Clean code patterns
- Understanding of Network HTTP, Rest API, and Mock server
- Knowledge of DI (Dagger2/Hilt)
- Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp
- Experience with Android builds, Gradle
- Experience with test frameworks JUnit, Espresso, Mockito and test practices
- Familiarity with SOLID
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Jetpack
- Experience with MVI
- Familiarity with Compose
- Experience with Coroutines / Flow
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Jenkins
- Experience with Room
- MAD skills
